Charge you taxes and fees without telling you before its too late - hotel reservations

Went to book a hotel room for one night. Cost $209. Entered credit card info with the knowledge that the amount charged would be $209. After I submitted the payment, my receipt said I was charged for $261 due to $52 in taxes and fees that were undisclosed.
When I called to cancel they charged me a $10 cancellation fee and would not refund it.
Bad, BAD Business.
