I had a bad experience at a hotel I booked through booking.com

I'd a poor encounter in a resort I arranged through booking.com. The resort area was poor, and also the operator was an individual who disparaged Americans, charged us of anything we didn't do, and attempted to waste us. We're ethical skilled tourists who're used-to being handled in a ethical and inviting method. Anyhow, booking.com declined to write our evaluation, though it was inside their recommendations. What seemed was a score, but no responses. I'll not be applying booking.com again.
