Their customer service talk sweet but they do nothing for the custome

Booking.com is available of creating money. Their customer support speak nice however they do-nothing for that client.in a visit to California, I arranged 2 areas in a "3-star" resort based on "their" categories. The resort brand was "Hollywood beach Resorts". The "3-star" resort bedrooms had hair, hair videos, blood clots, fridge leaking melted snow on the ground, caffeine within the coffee machine, filthy bathrooms and bathrooms, to mention several. We named Booking.com and advised them that people are departing and examined of the resort. The resort billed us for 4 night stay and 4 times of parking! Booking.com is claiming since we didn't take a look at which is okay for that resort to cost us over $1300 for that 4 evenings! They understand it plus they were named and educated by our choice to depart the resort that evening. Yes, you may be robbed officially within the "civil" planet.
