Booking.com
False advertisement of picture of hotel

Traveling & Tourism

I arranged a resort with booking.com for my holiday for July 10-seventeenth in waikiki, Hawaii. The images on the site about the resort did not appear nothing like the resort really appeared to be. The web site stated that the hotel was a-3 1/2 star hotel but which was a rest a lot more like 11/2 perhaps a 2-star resort. The furniture was all aged and outdated the new water within the bath didnot function and also the lamps didnot wish to come on we'd to keep switching after that it it sprang on. The bedspreads was all olded and outdated. We where really disappointed and unhappy using the space that people examined 5 times early then we would. This screw up our holiday. Trigger this space and resort wasn't comfortable to us. And also to people it was fake ad and that I don't think this was right. We lost $232.00 with this hotel. I'll never make use of this site again for nothing and certainly will not inform anybody esle to make use of it or even the resort. Trigger it doesnot seem like what it really does. I'm super disappointed with this particular hotel and booking.com. What booking.com have to do would be to ensure that the resort images appears like it really does before they hook them up to there website.
