Incorrect hotel booking

I had been buying resort close to the Salt Lake Area conference centre, I visited the Red Lion Hotel in Salt Lake town, after I visited on scheduling, it delivered me to Bookings.com. I arranged the resort, simply to discover later, they arranged me to some Red Lion Hotel in England. I informed Bookings.com, however they stated the Resort declined to I would like to stop. Actually through their mail claims I will stop via their online-service. They claimed it had been non-refundable. There's something amiss with Bookings.com, once they alter the resort in the centre of the scheduling and deliver one to the incorrect region. Don't use bookings.com.
