Glitches during booking process caused incorrect reservation

I looked for a resort in NY for 3/2. After I visited to Booking.com, their program transposed the day and month ideals, and also the resort obtained a reservation for 2/3. I obviously didn't recognize the glitch till I named to verify using the resort a couple of days just before my journey. Once the resort could not find my reservation for 3/2 I examined my CC declaration and noticed that I'd been billed like a no show per month preceding.

However, because the resort isn't to blame, they've no motivation to provide me a reimbursement or utilize my costs towards another reservation. I named Booking.com where I talked having an adviser who originally attempted at fault me for that mixup. After I told him that I'd be calling Kayak.com concerning the problem, he agreed to contact the resort, but couldn't encourage them to reimbursement or reapply the costs. Then he explained that I had been ostensibly out-of fortune, and since Booking.com does not consider funds from clients, they do not matter discounts.

The corporation doesn't remain behind their support, so when mistakes happen inside their program, they blame the client. They're unreliable and certainly will abandon you stuck without any option!
