Travelocity is a scam artist agency, c. Rep. Susan told me that i could go ahead and book a second hotel because my money would be refunded in 24hrs. (don't worry, she said), so i asked her is she sure and she said not to worry again. So, i booked a better place and then was transferred to another person to get my refund and was told that i was misinformed (adam), i asked to speak with a supervisor (steffi), she said she couldn't help me either so i then spoke with her supervisor (sam), and he totally lied and said" yes, don't worry we will refund you within 24hrs." needless to say that never happened, and to top it off the hotel that susan said was only 14 miles away, happened to be 55 miles away from the wisconsin dells, so we were delayed a hour from our destination and had to pay extra for gas.
