I am deeply disappointed in Travelocity. I had a "flight only" booked and the website offer some hotel options but there was a link to continue with the "flight Only."

I figured I would check out the hotel options and there was a link that allowed me to see some more hotel options so I used it. Then I decided to just book the flight only, but discover that the link was now gone!

Travelocity should not mislead customers in this way. I went on to book my flight somewhere else. The response I got from Travelocity has been completely unacceptable. Many of the customer service people seem to not understand English very well. Also they do not read what I wrote to them which evident by the response I received from an Adrian T from Travelocity Customer Care where he stated he could not find my reservation even though I clearly stated I took my business elsewhere. He also stated they could not get me the same price? I NEVER complained about price but rather losing my "flight only" option unfairly by the misleading website design.

To make things worse, Travelocity offers no solution, nothing for my loss of time or better yet, to fix the flaw I have pointed out in their website. They simply need to warn people using the website, that "clicking oin this link (more hotels link) will result in the loss of the "flight only" option.
