Terrible customer service—will never use travelocity again

I cancelled a flight for the amount of 1,000.00. They returned my credit after taking about 300 dollars for various processing fees. When i finally wanted to use the credit to book a flight, i had to fedex the vouchers, and then call in to make a reservation. I was transferred to several people and it was impossible to book the flight. I'll never use travelocity again. Use expedia instead.
