Let me list the positive and negative comments directly.

Positive:
Location it was perfect for entry in and out of Disney
Pool Clean always towells availalbe
Staff Eric and then a lady (dark hair) both very helpful, she arranged for a shuttle quite helpful
Breakfast waffle maker, cereal

Negative:
rooms: ANTS in all 3 rooms every day of our stay Carpet dirty (white socks turning dark in color) Maid service inconsistent in stocking coffee and creamer NOT one day did we have the same amount in our rooms I had to go and find a maid to acquire what was needed Breakfast food was cold, eggs must be the powdered quite poor quality, bacon paper thin, never knew what would be served 2 days no biscuits/sausage gravy and yet that was a main advertisement and positive comment in reviews Bathroom floor was never cleaned, not even swept evident with some dirt that remained the entire stay Staff that was not helpful; asked about recommendation on best way to shuttle around stated any taxi service would work and being from out of town this was not really helpful Upon arriving no information was given on motel services, general info for area (dining etc.) where laundry room located, pool hours etc. Not a very inviting arrival

Summation:

Considering the $ amount paid for all 3 rooms and the services provided, I would rate the Park Vu Inn with a Motel 6. A one and half stars at the most. I will not stay again and will not recommend to others. I will be posting an review on Travelocity with my comments. This was a VERY disappointing lodging experience.
