Made a reservation for a person awaiting a visa so the end date was variable. I was told by the agent go ahead and make it for the lesser days and they could always extend it at the same rate. They have a lower rate if over 3 days so I booked for 3 days and when we knew we had to wait for 2 extra days I called to extend the stay. I was also told by the motel no problems as they usually had plenty of extra rooms available as it was off season. I was surprisingly told that oh no I could no longer get the rate that I was mistold. And oh by the way now they had no availability which we know by calling the motel directly is false. So now I have to try to find a new place for a 72 year old with a medical condition to stay for 2 more days til his visa is in. Cheaprooms was quite rude and also the supervisor would not even take the call. What crappy customer service. I would never use this service or would recommend them. Beware it is quite a RIP OFFFFFF! I will post a comment on every review site and turn them into the better business bureau as well to let others know of their poor service.
