Orbitz, st Lucia, a honeymoon a year in the making - O

I'm standing in the airport with my wife, bereft. After a year of planning, hoping, praying and paying for our honeymoon in St. Lucia; it is now delayed and costing us more time effort and money by ineptitude on the part of Orbitz. We arrived at 5:20 to check in for our 8:00 flight only to be informed at check in that there is no flight to st Lucia today. The staff has been helpful in trying to reroute us, however after all the preparations excitement and NY cab fare to the airport we are just so disappointed that this had to happen on our honeymoon of all days.

There was a change we were not notified of. And I don't call waiting at the desk with bags and eager smiles in hand enough notice.

There's a beautiful empty hotel room in St. Lucia that'll be empty tonight when it was supposed o be filled with joy. Thanks orbitzt
