Don't use them

In June we arrived at the airport in Charlotte, NC for our flight to Chicago only to find that the flight had been changed. I had talked to a person at Orbitz the previous day who gave me what I thought was the correct flight information. We were never emailed or called with the updated flight information and we missed our flight to Chicago. The flight left 3 hours earlier.

Thanks to the Air Tran attendant we were able to get on stand-by for a flight later that day. However, we missed a whole day of our vacation as we were supposed to have gotten to Chicago that morning.

Don't use Orbitz!!
