Never use orbitz

Booked flight and car through Orbitz. Will never do it again. Flight was cancelled (no notice from Orbitz). When we called Orbitz, they did nothing but suggest that we call the airline. Still trying to get lift off with no help from Orbitz. They gladly took our money and then ditched us!
