Flight Change Prices - Travelocity

So I wanted to do a simple departure location change... From ATL to Knoxville, TN (about 3.5 hours driving distance)... After about 20 minutes of me trying to understand the customer service rep she gave me the final price. For my domestic flight that I am taking in a month was going to be an additional $980 on top of the $420 I already paid. This is more than double my original ticket... This is CRAZY! I will NEVER use Travelocity again!!! Cheapoair is the way to go!!!
