They are totally non customer service

They're completely not customer support. I thought I'd created concerns in the hotel, as their site appears like the Resortis. The night time was for after our organization Holiday celebration in the same Resort. 2 times prior to the evening, I was educated that I Would be starting a Healthcare Facility for a surgical procedure. Named resort to stop and was informed okay, not a problem, and that I skipped our Holiday celebration also.

Nearly TEN months later I get an email from their store informing me I Would dropped my cash! I never obtained an answer to my request evaluation, but still have not following a minute test. They don't represent the Resort, just themselves, even if the Resort Worker confirms for the termination. Examine the Resortis website data of course if it is associated with "hotelreservation.com" PREVENT THEM. And when you are a Resort considering their providers, discover somebody more trustworthy.
