I'm totally disgusted with them and my economical little vacation cost me as much as it would have if I had stayed in a luxury hotel

Reserved a "3-star" resort in London through Priceline.com. After my bet was approved I examined the resort which seemed excellent. We came in Birmingham, really exhausted and laden with luggage. Your "3-star" resort was practically in a slum and was a dirty little location not near to stores, sights or restaurants as advertised. Actually the neighborhood police division recommended we not venture out during the night. Clearly we could not keep and discovered another resort. Like fools we believed whenever we returned towards the Claims that Priceline might provide us a partial reimbursement. Exactly what a laugh! They adhere by their score program and wont actually examine a return. I am completely embarrassed together and my affordable small holiday price me around it'd have easily had remained in a luxurious resort.
