Please be very careful with these people! Not make the mistake that I made to leave a deposit unfortunately due to personal problems I could not travel to Costa Rica, and as something quite normal (in any hotel in the world has the right to cancel, of course in advance! I cancell my reservation 16 days prior of the date of arrival. These dishonest people invented a series of excuses to my credit card company for not returning my money and they keep my money...
