Don't use Home Stays

I went on line and looked for hotels near Hershey Park, Pa for a family vacation. I booked 4 rooms at the Hilton Garden in Harrisburg, PA but when my email came through, they had booked me with 5. I tried to cancel the one and it didn't list the same address or phone number that I gave for the other 4 rooms. I spent almost an hour on the phone with various associates and a supervisor named Jackie who could not remove this room from my reservation because the billing address and phone number did not match. She said she didn't have access to the last 4 digits of my credit card to verify that it was charged to my credit card, and could not give me the name of her superior or the president of the company.
