I recently booked a room thru Booking.com / tsp... They quoted me a decent price for a room at the hilton, a month later on my credit card statement i found that they had taken it upon themselves to book multiple rooms instead of the one i rented, further more they charged my card for 400$ dollars more than they should have. When i caled to clarify what happened I got told quote to myself i got my room good luck getting a refund... Shame on this company for their shady practices... To bad this time FOR THEM they messed with a lawyer.
