Don't book the attractions

When booking a vacation package on Orbitz I decided to also throw in a massage for my wife, just to get the hassle of paying for it out of the way. They give you a voucher tha tyou redeem when you arrive. I assumed the massage would take place at the resort. Nothing in Orbitz's site stated where the massage would take place. When I arrived at the Mexican resort, I was told that my wife would have to take a $40 cab ride (went from a $70 massage to a $110 massage) outside of the resort, and on tope of that it was outside of the tourist zone. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and had no intentions of leaving the resort area due to the publicized violence. I certainly wasn't going to let my wife leave by herself. We chose not to use the voucher. When asking for a refund from Orbitz, I've been left on hold twice for more than 30 minutes, I've had managers tell me to call back on Monday, I've had emails tell me it's non-refundable, etc. Nothing but poor customer service from Orbitz. I still have not had anyone at Orbitz get back to me and out $70 for a service that I didn't get. I'm very disappointed with Orbitz. Not impressed at all with how it has been handled.
