Hotel booked is under renovation

After studying all of the info on all-inclusive in Punta Cana and investing hours making the decision, I counted about the info that Orbitz is wearing their site in arranging a visit for my child and her buddy, simply to obtain a really disappointed phone from her the resort I arranged was under restoration plus they were place in another resort which was greatly below level. Orbitz scored the resort as 4*... Never again can I trust Orbitz on a holiday.
