I used Priceline to book a flight. After entering the information and confirming it - they sent me an incorrect return date. I immediately cancelled the reservation and i was sent a confirmation of the cancellation with a confirmation code the next day. When i received my credit card statement they had charged me almost $1000. I called their customer service and was kept on the phone for 45 minutes while they "researched" it. They then told me I never cancelled the reservation. I asked then, "so why do I have an email from you with a cancellation code?" They had no answer. I told them I would forward the email to them so they could see it but they were quick to inform me that they couldn't receive emails at customer service. They said I would have to prove I cancelled it some other way. After wasting my time, I just called my bank and charged back.

Priceline is an awful company with poor customer service, ineffective inter office communication, and a big fat waste of your time and money. I will never use them again and suggest you all don't either.
