Incredible Wait Time

We booked a vacation for the kids for 3 days. As usual they are all upfront payment. At the Airport we were stranded for 2 hrs late in the evening with hungry kids. A unpleasant start after a long plane ride. And after repeated calls all we got was a - This is a CALL CENTRE. Probably the AIRPORT is BUSY. Which airport is not busy especially a tourist destination like Orlando FL.

I would not recommend this site and this service to anyone who is attempting to go to Orlando for a nice vacation. Deplorable, inconsiderate, and totally clueless service. And expensive too. We got a simple message - "You could take the Taxi sir" But they already charged a hefty amount for our transfer from Airport to Hotel. And worst part is there is no one to complain to. All we get is a polite but impersonal - I am call center employee.

The robbers have taken the money and ran away. Probably the CEO and COO are sitting and sipping their champagne laughing at the stupid people who come to have a nice time with the kids.
