Yale Inn and Suites
Horribe. Told me one price was 45 with taxes included next day i have 54 taken out of my account. Called to talk to thwm they said they would never say that. After some talking ladt became very rude

First off was told on night of check in price was 45.. Got my account info and they charged 54. Called to talk bout it lady didn't care... All she said was... U want ur 5 dollars very rudely. I will never stay there and everyone I know will not stay there. Unbelievable how bad customer service to b as rude as ever.
