The country inn and suites in schaumburg Illinois is a joke. They first of all treat me and my family very rudely because we were a different color then them. They had basically cared less to wait of me they would treat the white people very nicely. But when it came to me they were giving me the biggest attitude and were like hurry up. If I had ask them any questions about my stay they didn't have time to answer me they told me to call my trave agent that I booked from because they weren't able to look up my rate.

Second of all when we checked in to the room they gave us a room which was dirty. So when I told them they gave me a dirty room they asked me again if I had used the room at all. I had told them "NO" I just checked in why would I mess up the room and tell you the room was dirty from the begining. After them giving me another room I had noticed that took me 20 minutes to do that. Then I went in the room where I came to notice that the room had a broken tv. I was so frustrated of talking to the front desk manager Amy in telling her that the TV was broken.

When we went to the pool there were no towels for the kids to dry of with. Where also their so cold. This was one of my worst stay at a hotel. And on top of that they wouldn't give me any discount on the room. They charged me 119.00 dollars for a regular room. I wouldn't mind paying that if I didn't have so many problems with the hotel and their staff. I would think twice before going to the Schaumburg Country Inn and Suites.

I would seriously consider this hotel a big joke because of the way they act. They don't care period.
