Ripped off $32 bad customer service

I checked in on a saturday in november and checked out in april on saturday. My weekly rent was due on saturday, however so i didn't have to get up early i always paid it the day before it was due on friday. I went to office friday night because my key didn't work, and they said i owed another days rent of $32. I told him the situation that i checked in on saturday therefore i was supposed to check out on saturday. I always paid the day before on friday. I said this many times and then instead of trying to resolve the situation he was very rude and short and then lied to me saying i paid on saturday on two occasions. I have all my receipts as proof of the day i paid. So i said i wanted to talk to manager and he wasn't available so i had to pay the $32 and wait till morning to talk to him. When i went to check out, the same rude employee was there and i told him the days that he circled on my paper were in fact paid on friday, that i checked my calender and that i don't know why he said that. He said the manager wasn't there and was reluctant to tell me when he would be there. I said i got ripped off and the way they do things isn't right and again, instead of trying to help, he makes it seem like i did something wrong, he makes a smart remark tsshhh as i left. I have yet to report this to corporate office. This place is a scam and don't stay there, there was one roach and two bedbuggs the whole time i was there, its disgusting.in broad daylight i woke up to someone trying to open my window, i screamed hey, and they said sorry and left. If i didn't wake up who knows what could have happened. Stay away from this dangerous and filthy trashy place!
