We purchased Trip Mate Insurance from Viking River Cruises to get a visit to Paris. Your routes were terminated because of extreme winter storms. We submitted a claim, also it was refused (despite the fact that it was a protected claim!). We submitted an attraction, published towards the boss of Viking River Cruises, and submitted a challenge with this charge card organization because we'd not obtained the providers that we settled. Fundamentally, we obtained our inspections from U.S. Fire Insurance Provider (the expert for Vacation Partner). Despite the fact that we ULTIMATELY got our state resolved, exactly what a key trouble!!! We shall NEVER again utilize Viking River Cruises (their sales boss lied in another of his characters!) nor Trip Mate. Exactly what a key rip-off! Additionally, we were recommended with a lawyer that no body must ACTUALLY purchase a vacation insurance plan in the supplier or merchant of the vacation deal.
