On July us and another pair arranged a sail to China with Viking River Cruises which was fully-paid by September 30th. The journey was planned for October. At that time of scheduling we were informed many times that costs less $100.00 per paseenger were completely refundable so long as the journey was terminated just before 121 times prior to the sail. Because of the fiscal conditions of the organization I and also the your partner work with, our holidays weren't authorized and on March 1 we were compelled to stop the journey.
