Purchase a hotel room online through Priceline.com for Los Angeles.
The room was for $90.00, plus taxes (14%-$12.60) which bring the total to $102.60
Priceline put a tax rate of 22.9% ($20.61) for a total of $110.61.
Over charge of $8.01, and an unauthorized amount place against my VISA credit card.
Priceline is making fraud charges against a person for amounts not authorized.
