I arranged a visit through Great Circle Journey on July 17th. Due to my momis actual issue we'd to stop on August 7. A Great Group telephone representative explained what my reimbursement could be that was without the insurance fees for both our journey expenses. I finished all Journey Partneris files as did my momis physician who examine designated that she was handicapped and may not travel. Trip Partner continues to be jerking me around since requiring that she wasn't coated - OH YES SHE WAS! They stated they required extra information in the physician. The physician AGAIN published a notice stating she wasn't ready to visit. Trip Partner delivered us deals in the place of a return. This isn't what I had been informed by Great Group after I reserved the journey so when I terminated. After I arranged the journey a Great Group representative explained "purchase the insurance after which if anything occurs you will not drop all of your cash." I'm surprised that the business like Great Group might arrange itself with Trip Partner. They've had 74 grievances submitted using the Kansas City, Mo, Better Business Institution within the last three years, quarry may be the 75th, and 9 grievances submitted using the Missouri Attorney General's Workplace, quarry would be the 10th. It has been really unsettling to my mom whois 83. She was in good wellness when we reserved, she is obtained 4 excursions with Great Circle, I Have obtained 3 together and we have never had an issue so far.
