Booked a flight/hotel package on Travelocity.com. Found a cheaper price later on their own website and call the customer service number to inquire. Was told to file a form that was available on their website, filed the requisite form, got an email back that said "you don't qualify because you didn't book/fly/stay between these certain dates".

It took over three hours to get through to them on the phone only to have them drop the call before completed. My battery died while I was trying to get through again. Called again the next morning before 7:00 am and got right through. Was treated rudely when I complained about the service I got.

Booking was wrong because I didn't check the paperwork closely enough and when I called to change it I was told it would be $300 to change the flight time. They said it was what the airlines charge and they didn't charge a fee. When I got my bank statement, it told a different story. There was definitely a fee directly to Travelocity and the airlines.
