Motel Blu Miami
They took my money and would not let me check in

I booked a room with yahoo travel, and paid with a credit card. When I arrived on site with my ID, and my print out fromyahoo travel they would not let me check in. They told me that they did see that they were paid with a credit card from yahoo travle, but they lost the 'fax' and would not let me check into my room. It was getting late, and I was in downtown Miami HOMELESS! With no place to stay and everything was closing are already booked. If you are coming from out of town do NOT book this nasty motel. The people working the desk just tole me to 'sit down and wait' I sat there for more then an hour, and yahoo travel customer service was also no help AT ALL! They took my money, and would not let me check in. I was really RIPPED OFF!
