I cant even start to begin at how awful this hotel experience was. The first night we were there (got in around 1 am), we were immediately treated rudely by the front desk. They force you to pay for the "premium" package which is supposed to include the safe and wifi in your room (along with local calls). The safe was broke, no wifi was available, and they still made us pay it.

We then called down about 30 minutes later to get a cab called. The front desk lady actually said 'what, you cant walk that far?'. Not joking, she was serious.

The next morning, we complained about the room (which had no air). We were told that we could change rooms, but we would be unable to stay in the hotel past 11 and had to wait until 4 to come back. When we actually went to complain, here was the beginning of the conversation:

Us "we would like to complain about our room for the last night"
them "oh, are yall the ones that were causing troubles last night"
us "um, no, we werent even here but 30 minutes"
them "so, yall arent the spring breakers that are loud?"

Then, as we were leaving the hotel per their rules, the valet was backed up. There were several people waiting for their cars over 1.5 HOURS!!! We were told that our car was lost and we would have to wait. After waiting an hour, we threatened to call the police and have them come get our car for us. Miraculously, our car showed up 15 minutes after that.

They have two elevators, one broke, causing you to wait another 15-20 minutes in line with people and their luggage trying to get to their floor. After about 3 times in which we couldnt fit, we finally made it in the elevator.

The second room we had was much better. The safe was still broke and we had no wifi still. But it was cleaner and you could tell from the way it was cleaned that the first room never was.

We ended up parking the car on the street after that and just leaving it parked. I would never recommend this hotel, valet, or anything dealing with them. Sad part is, if there was good customer service, things wouldnt have been so upsetting. But when we threatened the police, we were literally told "go call them, I dont care"...
