Never Ever Try ripoff, dirty, no hot water, leftover in refrigerator, bad managment

First of all room was very dirty with full of left over in refrigerator and we did call to front desk to clean when we checked in hotel at 2:00 AM mid night with no proper and good facility in room. Person who came from front desk took left over from refrigerator and kicked the refrigerator in frustrations.

2. We waited for 9 hours for hot water from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 3/16/06. Not only we all the guest of hotel were in front desk to wait for hot water. They are giving fully false information. You can contact other guest who were in hotel. There was no hot water for at least 48 hours as far as we know. We didn't get hot water from around 2:00 Am from 3/16/06 to 10:30 AM 3/18/06. Not only we kept patience for hot water but also tried to co-operate with them. They were so rude and careless that they didn't gave any alternatives to us and always telling that hot water will come in 15 minutes. The maintenance staff's were on site next day morning and they told some other guest that it is long going problem.
3. They didn't call police. We called police to open another room, get in room where our baggage, kids foods, clothes, warm clothes were there. We called police because we paid for 3 nights when we checked in hotel and kept our baggage, foods, clothes, medicines in hotel.
4. We didn't confirmed that we will check out hotel and even he told that we may check out if we can find another alternative otherwise we are going to stay there. He said you can stay as long as you want. I will give you one free night and rest of time with good discount. Same thing he told to other customers. Ask them to provide other customers name and number and invoice and you can check with those customers and invoices (hotel bill)/
5. We called police and police officer was aware that there is no hot water. They asked us to pay for 2 night in presence of police officers to stay for couple of hours and that time it was approx 3:00 AM (Mid night) and they knew that with kids we can't go out and find room and specially it was very cold night and with baby and small kids they were able to take advantage of no alternatives for us. Police officers was helpless as it was not criminal or emergency (as per police officer)
6. How can any one leave baggage's and how can any property manager allows to leave baggage, foods everything when he said he checked our from hotel. We did keep out all items in hotel room including food, medicines. Clothes, baggage's, expensive items like laptop, jewelry etc. We didn't know that he checked out us till next mid night around 2:00 AM after we called police (911)

7. To validate call other guest in hotel and you will know about this.

Also hotel staff is very rude
