Worst hotel stay ever!

This is the worst supposedly high class hotel I ever stayed in!
Strike 1 We arrived after 8pm for a one night stay with 3 very tired small children in tow. One of the valets had the nerve to give my son in law a hard time about how long we intended to leave our cars in the parking lot that is specifically reserved for people checking into the hotel!!! Strike 2 & 3
We made our reservations weeks in advance of our trip. Still they could not grant our request for adjacent rooms. IMHO they didn't even try!!! Then the girl tried to charge us for 2 days of valet parking at $30/day! By now it was around 8:45pm & we were only staying the night with check out time at noon the next day! Strike 4.
Upon arriving on our floor we stepped off the elevator to the very distinct smell of someone smoking pot nearby! Not the hotel's fault I know. But when my daughter called the front desk. NO ONE came to investigate!!! Strike 5 My wife decided to shower before dinner only to find that all we had in our room were hand towels!!! Strike 6 We decided bc it was so late to eat in hotel buffet rest.in all fairness the food was delicious. However for $35 per person I found the selection of items to be very limited. Strike 7 Despite the fact that hotel has 8 elevators I found myself waiting sometimes as much as 5 min for one to come.
