I purchased 6 big seats tickets (roundtrip) for my holiday trip to Fort Lauderdale with the family a month before my travel date and finalized all the seating, At the airport they changed the seats from business to economy & did not even bother To talk to me or inform me of this change both the times at departure & at time of arrival, they would not refund the extra money they took for the special big seats, there telephone lines are always busy, so after being put on hold for 30 minutes every time I tried contacting them the rep would come on talk for a few minutes & then disconnected before the supervisor could be brought on line. I will recommend that you buy a better airline ticket as this company does not have any respect for there customers.
