Flight 1801 7:30P.M. DFW to Phoenix April 15th

Checked one Tumi bag in to TSA with TSA2 cable lock.
Arrived in Phoenix at baggage claim and retrieved Tumi bag without lock.
No TSA tape, no stickers and NO SONY DIGITAL CAMERAS. No Rayban sunglasses, no tripod. About $2,200-$2,500 worth of merchandise.

Called American and they informed me they dont cover electronics. I stated theft is theft after reluctant attendant just short of told me I was of luck.

Only 3-4 people touched my bag and explained which shift and what to do.
Complete joke. They must think I deserve it for putting it in my bag. I was thinking that the flipside is Ive given all my business to American and trusted them and their employees. Filed two police reports for DFW and PHX.

I dont expect American to do anything.

I believe its grand theft at this dollar amount.

Anyone else had problems please post.
