Horrible customer service!

Buyer Beware when utilizing Priceline!

I arranged a resort fourteen days before with Pricline. We went 8 hours to the location that was our child university.

We reached the resort around 10 during the night really exhausted. The hotelwas sold-out and also the desk worker advised us that only room left was a smoking area. I had been not true pleased but required the secrets and went as much as the area.

The area reeked of aged, stagnant smoke, and along with the toilet bathtub was moldy. My spouse claims "There's no method in heck we're remaining in this horrible space"

I return to the table to stop my reservation however the worker says "You've to cope with Priceline. Tried contacting Priceline at 10 at night to no avail.

We never sign in towards the resort and also have to depart and generate around city for one hour to locate another spot to remain. The following day I contact Pricleine to go over the health of the resort they arranged me in plus they essentially stated "Sorry... However, you aren't obtaining any type of reimbursement"

And So I needed to purchase both times arranged through PL in a resort that people never examined into and was completely undesirable, then purchase another two evenings in The CourtYard.

Since I Have came home I've attempted three times to obtain PL to go over and solve this issue however they won't actually speak with me about this. The hotel worker stated they've had only issues with Priceline previously which she wanted that PL didn't guide their resort.

I travel alot, and am easy to please. A clean-room might due only good. I'd NEVER guide SOMETHING through Priceline again. When you have any child of problem at-all you're fundamentally attached!!!
