No cust service and beligerent employees

My ticket was stolen while i was in the area where only ticketed passengers are allowed... And not only did the security guard see my ticket but a gal at the front counter held my ticket in her hand... This was on xmas day... The security guard that had seen my ticket prior now 30 minutes later escorts me out of the ticketed area there were no cust serv people that i could get ahold of and i sensed that the employees were all to aware of this also especially when the "supervisor" suggested that he might call the police on me... So i am in phoenix az no money no way to get any money and am now being informed that my ticket was non refundable and that i am going to have difficulty getting my bag that i checked in (a box containing a 2008 cannondale t2000 roadbike value around $2000
its xmas and along with the ticket my wallet was stolen no id, no money, angry ignorant greyhound employees ready to call the cops on me, i leave the building and go for a walk and pray some asking for guidance. And guess what the police are following me making uturns in front of me pulling into convienence store parking lots and then to driveway part that meets the road and sit there and make me walk arounsd the vehicle with them giving me the once over... I felt like i was in 1939 germany and i was a jew... Albeit 1939 germany seemed much more intelligent and directed than this neanderthalic thick browed harrasment, long story short i had 30 cash and bought a ticket to flagstaff and have been informed that cust serv wont be in until monday
