Customer Service Are Rude! Telephone web assistance is the worst in the cruise industry. I asked simple questions about registering for excursions, the terse, rude youn woman hung up on me!

If you need help booking excursion, beware! The customer service rep. That I spoke to as though she was next to me, treated me like I was mentally disabled, rude and hung up on me. I have talked to many cruise customer service reps... Royal Caribbean hires the worst people.
