Worldwide Travel (WWT)
No Airline tickets

We joined a vacation club (Dreamworks/All Global) and requested our "free"air tix through WWT in 12/07. We have yet to receive them and have had to resubmit our requests to WWT at least 4 times. Each time they request another piece of info that was not stipulated originally. I have reported WWT and its "president"Michael Friedburg to the Florida Div of Consumer Affairs and the West Palm BBB. I am considering organizing a class action suit against WWT. There are 258 BBB complaints against WWT and yet no one has sanctioned this company for its business practices. I have recently requested that WWT and Friedburg return my service fee of $100 which was pd by USPS money order, but suspect that I will never see it. Where is the scrutiny for such companies?
