Book you in Hotel Areas way out of Areas chosen

My 1st time visiting Chicago and i selected a few areas in Chicago for hotel. I got locked in to a hotel that's not even in Chicago. I'm in another city altogether. This is so stupid! The consumer should have a choice of deciding whether the hotel is suitable or not... I want to get out of this contract and they are not responding to my emails. They suck!
