Have a hard time canceling

I try eliminating my memebership. Everytime I contact the amount is hectic or I obtain a saving stating my delay period is eight minute. And noone would seriously. I wait quite a long time. They're getting 39.95 per month on my charge card. So what can I actually do? I'm so angry at them. I've no use for this.
