We arranged a reserveration, called back exactly the same day-to alter our reservation with Hotels.com - they charged our charge card for both resorts and we still watch for a return. I'd never suggest the corporation - they're not customer-friendly and essentially tear you off... Simply because they do not have a "report" of it. It is garbage!
