Biggest rip off I have encoutnered in all my travels

Made online reservation for my family to stay one night with all meals included. Our trip was cancelled because of national strike in Peru and the train that takes you to the town where hotel is was not running. Called the hotel ecplaines situation, you ahve to pay in advance so I wanted to be reimburssed. They would not. They took all my money for services and meals they never provided and would not reimburse any of it. They were rude and did not care at all about the costumer. Never do business with them again.
