Made a reservation online, thinking I was on the hotels website. It redirected to a third party website. I cancelled my reservation within 48 hours, and was charged for one night hotel stay. Reservation desk claims the hotel keeps the money, however, after speaking with the hotel, they have not received any money from Reservation desk.com. Total charged was 487.20, amount refunded was 243.60.
