Upon arriving 2 hours prior to departure at JFK Airport the place was filthy. Gnats and other unknown insects were flying everywhere. The carpeting was so dirty that I was afraid to walk on it. There was trash in the seats and on the floors.

This airport is named after a famous president and should represent themselves as such.

Regarding Jet Blue Airlines... The flight was delayed for 2 hours because they did not have a flight crew. HOW do a airline setup flights and don't arrange for a crew? THATS STUPID!

When the gentleman at the boarding gate was approached about the departure time he was unhelpful and rude. He treated individuals that were asking about the departure time like they were beneath him. It doesn't help that he was a foreigner!

The flight was suppose to depart at 9:35 pm on August 6. Then the ETD went to 10:15 pm. Eventually at around 11:30pm or 11:45 pm we boarded. I will never fly Jet Blue again nor will I ever step foot in JFK Airport (The Slum)!!!
