I wish to commend one of the staff of Greyhound. On my was from Providence, Rhode Island to New York, there was no available ticket for the sid time that I wanted. I met a Greyhound staff named Janet Martinez of the Kennedy Plaza Greyhound Office. She was very helpful and patient. She was professional and cannot but say she treated my case with utmost love for her job. As a result of her attitude that day, I have recommended most of my friends to travel with Greyhound.
