Greyhound, rude, unprofessional, never again ever. - greyhound

So this was my first experience with greyhound and It will be my last. I just recently rode greyhound from Fort Walton Beach Florida to Memphis Tennessee. When I was transferring busses in Montgomery AL I was trying to put my carry on in the overhead and no one was in the isle waiting for me to move or anything when the bus driver comes over and rips my bag out of my hand and orders me to sit down, then slams my bag into the overhead compartment. This was just the start. Once I got to Birmingham AL I was getting off the bus and witnessed and old woman late seventies at least, carrying all her things and walking towards the bus when the bus driver closed the door and drove off leaving her stranded. She was literally 20 ft from the bus when the driver just took off without her. So then this poor lady goes inside to figure out what she needs to do only to be yelled at. Excuse me, screamed at for missing her bus. The staff were absolutely awful to her. They had no compassion, no customer sensitivity and absolutely no customer service. I was mortified. I will NEVER be using greyhound ever again unless it is ABSOLUTELY MY LAST RESORT. I will NEVER recommend them.
